Rick Greenwood, Jr.
Rick Jr. joined Horizon Financial Services in a part-time capacity in December 2014, transitioning to his current full-time financial advisor role in November 2015. Rick earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Boston College and holds his FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations as an Investment Advisor Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network®. He also holds licenses for life, health, and variable insurance products.
Rick lives in Medford with his fiancée, Kyla, their dog, Ranger, and two cats, Nyan and Kiki. When not in the office, he spends his time reading anything from the latest issue of the Economist to the latest issue of Batman, listening to music, enjoying craft beer and spirits, and fervently following the Bruins, Red Sox, Patriots, and Celtics—in that order.
Working with clients to achieve their personal financial goals, whether they be short-term or long-term, is why Rick comes to the office each day. There is not a dream too big to plan for, and helping people get there and seeing the look of joy (and often relief as well) that comes with that is the best return on investment in the world for him.
